Dakuan’s International Business Division was established in June 2020 by engaging both Chinese and foreign professionals qualified to practice law in various jurisdictions such as China, US, Australia and Russia. Our professional team is specialized in investment protection, mergers and acquisitions, venture investments, civil litigation, criminal defense, immigration matters, dispute resolution and ADR.

Dakuan International Business Division  is a top level professional team which consists of the graduates from the best law schools and provides clients with the highest quality representation at every level of seniority.

    We provide services in Chinese, English, French and Russian languages.

Dakuan law firm sees its mission in becoming a bridge between its Clients and their interests which may lay in different legal jurisdictions, to become a one-stop solution for Chinese companies which consider expanding their business abroad, as well as for the foreign companies interested in Chinese market.

In July 2020, Dakuan has established long-term cooperation relationships with Oxcom Legal Australia, which became an important mile-stone in our firm’s international business expansion process.

We are now actively promoting our international cooperation, discussing the terms of strategic cooperation with reputable law firms from Australia, US, UK, Canada, Russia and CSI countries, Hong Kong and Singapore.
