Zegang Chen

Founding Partner 

Mr. Chen is an outstanding and reputable representative of the Sichuan lawyers’ circles, a lawyer with more than 30 years of real practical experience, an active CPC functionary and the founding partner of Dakuan LLP

Mr. Chen graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law (Chongqing city) and since then has made a great contribution in promotion of the rule of law ideals on central and provincial level.

During his career Mr. Chen acted as a legal consultant for more than 500 companies, handled over 200 criminal cases and more than 1000 civil law suites.

In 2011 Mr. Chen was nominated as a China outstanding lawyer by the 8th China lawyers conference and was included in the list of China’s 200 top lawyers.

Besides, Mr. Chen is an active CPC member whose merits have been admitted and

highly appreciated by the CPC, he was elected as a representative to the People’s Congress of provincial (Sichuan) and city (Meishan) levels.

Mr. Chen enjoys the titles of a vice president of Sichuan lawyes’ association, President of the Meihan City lawyers’ association.

Mr. Chen is a member of PRC Bar.
